Each studio of 23 m² ~ on the ground-floor consists of a 140-cm bed, a bathroom with shower, an equipped cooking corner, a terrace with garden tables and chairs.
The two-storey flats, of an area of 34 or 38 m² ~, have the same features as the studios, are installed on several floors or on the ground-floor.
They have also a separated room, in an entresol with two or three 90-cm beds.
